By His Holiness the 70th Je Khenpo
The sacred sites of India—
Nalanda, and others—
Lie at the heart of the ancient Kingdom of Rajgir.
In this noble realm, King Bimbisara holds his sovereign seat, Where Lord Buddha once dwelled with thousands of Arhats,
And the fearless Kalentaka bird soared freely through the skies.
Amidst the ancient ruins of Jetavana Garden,
A Royal Bhutanese Temple,
Resembling the pure realm of Akaniṣṭha, now stands— A symbol of enduring spiritual unity.
Built in honor of the 50 years of India-Bhutan friendship,
This temple consecrates both history and harmony.
To all esteemed guests gathered for this sacred occasion,
We offer prayers of auspiciousness,
For peace to prevail, and for happiness to abide in all directions.

Thus was this composition completed by His Holiness the 70th Je Khenpo, Trulku Jigme Choedra, in honor of the construction of the Bhutanese temple at Rajgir.
