Caren Lo is a spiritual gangster from Hong Kong, having exposed to Tibetan Buddhism since a young age enabled her to participate in dharma activities throughout the Himalayas. The loss of her beloved grandmother fuelled her drive to seek answers in the teachings of Lord Buddha. She recently completed her Master of Buddhist Studies at the University of Hong Kong in 2022. Besides being a serial bookworm, learning Tibetan and studying the Nalanda Masters Course by Tibet House Delhi, you will find her hiking, practicing yoga and actively questioning the philosophy of Buddhism with her distinctive laugh.
